Conforming Data into the Time Space of an Exhibition ft. Maxime Lethelier & Zoh

At Fosite, a brand and spatial experience studio, we spend our time obsessing over how people interact with physical space and information. This Thursday, we are teaming up with two incredible new media artists to explore how that exact same problem is solved digitally.

We are co-hosting a free, deep-dive workshop and interactive exhibition at the studio exploring the intersection of creative coding, data, and spatial art.

Maxime Lethelier (@flashbacker) (of the Berlin-based collective @ephemeraltomorrow) will be opening up the hood on his actual @touchdesigner project files. We will bounce back and forth between technical and conceptual approaches, focusing on how to take slow-moving scientific measurements and adapt them into an interactive format that an audience can instantly comprehend inside an exhibition space.

Joining him is Bangalore’s own Zoh (@notreallyzoh), a Creative Technologist, VJ, and member of the new media collective 1/0. He will be doing a technical breakdown of his previous interactive installations and showing us how to adapt familiar, everyday technologies for use in live artistic settings.
